FAQ
Most important question:
Are there any extra administrative, delivery, or fuel charges when renting a roll off container from Bee Line Roll Off Containers LLC?
Our fee includes fuel, administrative, and delivery charges.  The only additional fees that could be added but are not hidden are fees for prohibited items, overweight, overfull, re-location fees, and additional days added to your agreement.
What kind of notice do I need to give when ordering my container?
It is suggested containers are reserved as far in advance as possible but most of the time we are able to deliver a container the same day or within 24-48 hours of ordering.
Do I need to be there when the container is delivered?
Yes, The customer must be on site when the container is delivered to desired location unless prior arrangements are made concerning placement at location , service agreement signing, and payment.
What am I allowed to put into the container?
Containers are used for the disposal of general waste. This is typically anything involved with a general cleanup that is neither liquid nor hazardous in nature. Contents of the container are solely the responsibility of the customer, regardless of who placed them there.  Please see our Pricing tab to see a list of items that are unacceptable to avoid additional fees.  If unacceptable materials are found in the dumpster, they will be returned to you and you will be charged additonal fees.
What type of area should I allow for placement of the container?
The container must be placed on a flat hard surface. There cannot be any overhead power lines or other obstructions around placement of dumpster. The truck dropping off and picking up the dumpster will need room to maneuver.
Property Lines & City Property
We are not responsible for neighboring property; it is the customer’s responsibility to determine property lines.  We will not purposely cross other property lines without a signed “property damage liability waiver form” from the property owner.  We reserve  the right to deny placement in areas that they deem “unsafe”.  Check with proper authorities if you want the dumpster placed on a public street.
Property Damage
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for damage done due to placement, rental period, or pickup of our containers.
The containers are heavy and so are the trucks they are hauled on. We would prefer to place the containers on hard surfaces. Often putting a piece of plywood down for the container to sit on will cut down on possible scratching or scarring of driveways, or ruts in dirt, not provided by Bee Line Roll Off Containers LLC.
When will you pickup the container from the service location?
The container will be retrieved on the 7th day of your initial rental period, unless agreed upon a longer time period.
If unforeseen circumstances mean that you are not finished with the container, you should contact us as soon as possible. Arrangement can be made provided the container is not scheduled to go to another location.
See pricing page for extended rental period.
If you should need the container past 30 days, a new rental period will begin along with the rental fee and new rental agreement.
Can the containers damage my property?
Yes. The conatiners are heavy and so are the trucks they are hauled on. We would prefer to place the containers on hard surfaces. Often putting a piece of plywood down for the container to sit on will cut down on possible scratching or scarring of driveways, or ruts in dirt, not provided by Bee Line Roll Off Containers LLC. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for damage done due to placement or pickup of our containers. We will not cross other neighbors property lines without a signed “property damage liability waiver form” from the property owner. Our drivers have the right to deny placement in areas that they deem “unsafe”. Call us if you have concerns on where to place your container.
What if someone else puts materials in my container without my permission?
Contents of  the conatiner are the responsibility of the customer.  If you or someone else puts unacceptable materials in the container it is still your responsibility.
